A listed village, a ski area as far as the eye can see
At Samoëns, the charm works from the moment you arrive. Its famous Gros Tilleul, its cut-stone houses: the village is a listed historic monument and comes alive summer and winter. At the foot of the ski area, Samoëns is one of the five resorts — with Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon and Sixt — that make up one of the largest ski areas in the French Alps, facing the Mont Blanc massif.
